Charming, funny and confident, Johnny is relatively new to his prestigious law firm when he takes on Shawn’s case. Living with OCD, Joni never wanted to look different. While her symptoms affect her personal and professional life, her attention to detail allows her to see things through a different lens.

McMann, who has been open about her lifelong struggle with OCD, was identified as the top choice for the role in early September.

Huffman guest stars as Janet Stewart, a high-profile attorney and law firm partner with a fierce intellect and dry wit. A seasoned veteran, Janet has represented Dr. Aaron Glassman (Richard Schiff) on several legal matters, so he approaches him on behalf of his beloved protégé. But when Sean announces that he wants Joni to represent him, Janet is forced to let Joni handle the case.
